Shaping Web to close the Pantry door

We haven't done much SHAPING, so we will add at least one session everyday.

  1. Karen nice work! You realized that starting Webster with his back to the door was probably a bit too difficult ( lumping a little) so you got up and made it easier for him! Great thinking! You self corrected and moved into SLICING ( breaking down the criteria) , making the exercise easier, frustration non-existent and success a pretty sure bet! You were ready and observant of very small and gradual movements that built up to the culmination of your target goal. I think it is Alexandra Kurland who calls that micro-shaping which is a good thing! It is great for your timing and observations skills and with this kind of shaping you can teach wonderful subtleties like a very gentle push as opposed to a hard one. It also trains your eye to see the most minute movements in the muscles, eyes, ears, etc. that often predict the action that will follow. Keep up the good work!
